HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGY / PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT / BRAND + GO-TO-MARKET

BLOOMTRAK™

Built for operators, by operators.

Turning firsthand senior-living operating challenges into a technology platform designed around the people doing the work.

01 / The Problem

Visibility came too late.

Senior living operators were making consequential staffing and spending decisions without enough real-time visibility. Open shifts could move across internal teams and multiple staffing agencies. Agency usage could become expensive and difficult to track. Budgets lived in spreadsheets and disconnected systems.

The opportunity wasn't simply to market another healthcare product. It was to build the product we wished existed.

02 / From Operator Pain Point to Product

Start with the problem.

Bloomtrak began with firsthand operating experience inside senior living. Instead of starting with software and searching for a problem, the team started with the operational problem and designed technology around the people actually doing the work.

Built for operators, by operators.

03 / Building the Platform

One idea. A broader operating system.

The original concept centered on giving operators better control over internal and agency staffing and real-time spending. The platform expanded to bring multiple operating priorities into clearer view.

04 / The KROW. Connection

Not advertising someone else's technology. Helping build the company.

As a co-founder, Brian's work crossed market identification, product strategy, brand positioning, customer experience, messaging, go-to-market, partnerships and commercialization.

This is the difference between marketing from the outside and building from the inside: understanding the operating problem, shaping the solution, defining the story and helping take it to market.

INSIGHT→ PRODUCT→ BRAND→ MARKET
05 / From Concept to Market

Make the value understandable.

The early Bloomtrak experience translated an operationally complex product into a simple promise: save time, create visibility and give operators more control over staffing and spend.

06 / Conclusion

The best products don't start with technology. They start with a problem worth solving.

Bloomtrak began with a problem experienced by operators. That insight became a product, a brand and a platform built to make complex operating decisions clearer.
